Vocational education and training for young, committed people is very important to us. We would like to encourage you, support your personal and professional development and make you a part of our team.

You can complete training in various areas of the company. Training opportunities are available in Eschborn, Berlin or Bonn. In addition, cross-locational training placements and assignments abroad are also possible.

GIZ encourages applications from people with disabilities.

Part-time training models are possible in certain situations, for example if you have a child or need to care for a relative.

What we offer during training

To ensure that you can successfully complete your training with us, we offer you*:

A personal contact partner throughout your training
An attractive training allowance as per our collective agreement – you start with a gross monthly salary of EUR 1,343 in the first year of training
A 13th monthly salary and leave allowance of EUR 250 gross per year
Employee savings schemes of EUR 26.59 per month
A meal allowance of EUR 60 gross per month
A book allowance of EUR 100 or provision of a framework for the start of training
Technical equipment (laptop, headset, etc.) to enable mobile working in accordance with GIZ guidelines
A free RMV job ticket (Eschborn), or a VRS job ticket (Bonn) or BVG (Berlin) or a Germany ticket (Bonn and Berlin). plus a travel allowance of EUR 30 per month (depending on location)
Discounts at selected fitness studios and company health management services to maintain a good work-life balance
